This is a museum replica of the three Fly necklace, originated in the 18th Dynasty, from the burial of Queen Ah-hotpe, Western Thebes.
The gold fly was an honorary award given to the Egyptian military for persistence in attacking the enemy.
24 Karat gold-plate over pewter. 18Ó Chain.
